Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Live in Love Boutique website and to every order placed through it. Please read them before ordering.

1. Who you are buying from

Live in Love Boutique is operated by Novelia Brands Ltd, company number 17367676, registered in England and Wales, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, London, Greater London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. By placing an order you accept these terms. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

2. Your order and our acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We email an acknowledgement; the contract is formed when we confirm or dispatch the order. We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason (an item being unavailable, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or a payment we cannot verify) and will refund anything already paid.

3. Products

We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can, though colours can vary a little between screens. All items are subject to availability; if something cannot be supplied we'll offer an alternative or a refund.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP). The checkout total is all you pay. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and in our Payment Policy.

5. Delivery

Delivery is free to every UK address. Timescales and conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy.

6. Cancellation and returns

You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason; we extend this to 30 days. Our cancellation form is available. For change-of-mind cancellations you pay the cost of returning the goods to our returns centre in China. Details are in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

7. Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If an item is faulty, damaged or wrong, tell us and we'll put it right at no cost to you.

8. Using the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and to give accurate details when you order.

9. Intellectual property

The text, images, logos and design of the Site belong to Novelia Brands Ltd or are used with permission and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

10. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights.

12. Complaints

Raise any complaint with us first at info@liveinloveboutique.com. If we can't resolve it together, Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk) provides free guidance.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts and keep the consumer protections of where you live.
