Shipping policy

Once you place an order with Live in Love Boutique, you'll get an order confirmation email straight away — this confirms your order has landed in our system and payment has gone through.

We're focused on clear communication and quick, reliable processing at every step, so you always know where your order stands. Once your dress is on its way, we'll email you shipping details and a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Order Cut-Off Time

Place your order before 6:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday, and it's eligible for same-day processing. Anything placed after that cut-off, or over a weekend or bank holiday, moves to the next business day.

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, generally within 1-2 business days of being placed.

Delivery Time

Here's what to expect once your order has been placed:

Delivery: 3-10 business days, depending on where in the UK you're located

Altogether, most orders arrive within 4-12 business days of being placed.

Delivery is free on every order within the UK — no minimum spend required.

Order Acceptance and Pricing

Occasionally we're unable to process an order, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel one at any time. We may also ask for extra verification on certain orders — this helps protect against card fraud.

We work hard to keep prices accurate across the site. If a pricing error does slip through, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order or reach out to you to sort it out.

Tracking Your Order

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If 7 business days go by after that with no tracking number in sight, get in touch at info@liveinloveboutique.com and we'll look into where things stand.
